대상 광장
Manhattan: East 41st Street와 42nd Street 사이 Park Avenue 동쪽 및 서쪽에 위치한 Pershing Square Plaza/Streetscape; Astor Place/Cooper Square — Lafayette Street와 4th Avenue 사이의 East 8th Street, Lafayette Street와 3rd Avenue 사이의 Astor Place, Astor Place와 East 9th Street 사이의 Lafayette Street, East 4th Street와 East 9th Street 사이의 4th Avenue/Cooper Square/Bowery, 그리고 2nd Avenue와 Broadway 사이의 East 4th Street(NoHo/East Village).
Brooklyn: Broadway, Bedford Avenue, South 6th Street가 만나는 지점의 Broadway Bedford Plaza(South Williamsburg); Putnam Avenue, Fulton Street, Grand Avenue가 만나는 지점의 Putnam Plaza(Clinton Hill); Pitkin Avenue와 East New York Avenue 및 Legion Street 사이의 Zion Plaza(Brownsville); New Lots Avenue, Livonia Avenue, Ashford Street가 만나는 지점의 New Lots Triangle(East New York); Hall Street와 Emerson Place 사이의 Myrtle Avenue Plaza Streetscape(Clinton Hill).
Queens: Jackson Avenue와 44th Drive 사이 Thomson Avenue 인근의 Court Square 일대(Long Island City); Myrtle Avenue와 Stephen Street 사이의 71st Avenue Plaza(Queens Business Development District).
Bronx: Westchester Avenue에서 Harrod Place까지 이어지는 Morrison Avenue Plaza(Soundview); Bruckner Boulevard, Hunts Point Avenue, East 163rd Street로 둘러싸인 Del Valle Square(Hunts Point).
프로그램 성과
다양한 requirements contract(HWDRCW01, HWCRQ02S, HWCRQ02L, HWCRQ03S, HWDCRQ04L, HWDRW09, HWARCKR01, HWARCCW01)를 통해 수행되었으며 NYC 플라자 프로그램(Plaza Program)의 일환으로 진행된 이 프로젝트들은 모든 이동 수단의 안전성과 이동성을 높이기 위해 교통 순환 체계를 재구성하여 보행자-차량 충돌을 줄이고 경제 활동과 삶의 질을 개선했습니다. 동시에 각 광장 계획을 개선하여 보행 공간, 식재 및 우수(빗물) 모범관리기법(stormwater best management practices)을 갖춘 기능적이고 활기차며 매력적인 공공 공간을 조성했습니다.
