Overview
For over a decade, Gedeon GRC Consulting has been providing Resident Engineering Inspection Services (REIS) for infrastructure requirements/task-order contracts throughout the five boroughs of New York City — serving as both a prime consultant and a sub-consultant.
What the contracts cover
These contracts cover a broad range of infrastructure projects, including but not limited to: pavement; storm and sanitary sewers; water mains; catch basins, manholes and other drainage systems; curb and sidewalk installation; pedestrian ramps; streetscapes; plazas; retaining walls; pedestrian bridges; traffic signals; lighting; utility coordination (with Con Edison, Verizon, PSEG, Key Span, Time Warner, NYCTA, LIRR and AMTRAK); landscaping; Maintenance and Protection of Traffic (MPT); agency coordination (with NYCDOT, NYCDEP, NYC Parks, NECEDC and NYSDOT); community relations; and as-builts.
