Overview
Gedeon GRC Consulting provided site engineering and construction services for the construction of a 100,000-square-foot, seven-story mixed-use development located in Flushing, Queens.
Scope of work
The scope included development of Builders Pavement Plans for approximately 500 linear feet of sidewalk, including pedestrian ramps and driveways; grading and drainage; tree protection; installation of new trees; sewer connection; utilities relocation; lighting; maintenance and protection of traffic; and filings at various city agencies.
Construction phase
The project also included construction inspection and coordination with various city agencies, including NYCDOT, NYCDOB and NYCDPR.
